PAVIA (PV)SEA Vision è una software house incentrata sullo sviluppo di sistemi di visione, soluzioni per la tracciabilità del farmaco e per l’ottimizzazione della produzione farmaceutica e cosmetica in ottica Industry 4.0.
Nasce a Pavia nel 1995 da uno spin-off universitario del Dipartimento di Ingegneria specializzato nella visione artificiale. Oggi lo staff conta circa 450 persone, con un’età media di 32 anni: sono 260+ i dipendenti in Italia, e 150 quelli delle sedi estere (Spagna, Francia, USA, Brasile, Argentina, Messico, Russia), in forte espansione. L’asset più importante per SEA Vision sono infatti le persone, che contribuiscono alla continua crescita dell’azienda. Coinvolte sin dal primo giorno di assunzione nel flusso aziendale, seguono percorsi di aggiornamento continui ed una formazione interna attenta allo sviluppo delle competenze.

SEA Vision is a software house focused on the development of vision systems, solutions for drug traceability and for the optimization of pharmaceutical and cosmetic production in an Industry 4.0 perspective.
It was founded in Pavia in 1995 from a university spin-off of the Department of Engineering specialized in artificial vision. Today the staff numbers around 450 people, with an average age of 32: there are 260+ employees in Italy, and 150 in foreign offices (Spain, France, USA, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Russia), in strong expansion. The most important asset for SEA Vision are in fact the people, who contribute to the continuous growth of the company. Involved in the company flow from the first day of hiring, they follow continuous learning programs and internal training focused on the development of skills.
