Candidates can send video interview requests to companies and employment agencies to apply for internship and job positions posted on the platform. Request can be sent by 14th May and video interviews will take place only during the weeks 20-31st of May.

HOW TO REQUEST A VIDEO INTERVIEW

Log in with credentials by the bottom in homepage.

It’s possible to request a video-interview in the platform:

• from the menù "Companies"
• from the menù "Search for Job Search" then click on the "Request Interview" button.

The company/job agency will receive the video interview request via email with your profile, motivation letter, and CV uploaded to the platform.

You will be able to update the CV before sending the video interview request and at any time from the "My Data" section. The company can schedule the appointment in the free slots of your Online agenda. If accepts, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of the video interview and the slot in your "Online Agenda" where the company has scheduled the video interview will turn blue. The video interview cannot be scheduled until 36 hours after your application is accepted. In the platform, in the menù "Requests sent," you will be able to view the status of all your video interview requests.

CAN I RECEIVE INVITATION FOR VIDEO INTERVIEW FROM THE COMPANIES?

From May 14th, if you selected the flag "I agree to be contacted by companies participating in the Career Fair" you will also be able to receive video interview requests directly from companies interested in your profile. If you did not place the flag during registration, you can do so at any time in "My Data" section.

HOW WILL THE VIDEO INTERVIEW TAKE PLACE?

Both you and the company will have a reserved "virtual room" for the 20-minute one-on-one interview (via the "Webex meetings" platform - download webex from the link: https://www.webex.com/downloads.html). It is not necessary to have a "Webex meetings" account, but you will only need to download the application on your device and log in to the platform a few minutes beforehand to prepare and check that the network is working properly. You will be able to access the interview room directly from the Virtual Career Fair platform from the "Today's Interviews" section: the room will open at the start time of the interview.
